I don't know what motivates people to from moving between Spring till late Summer/early Fall. For the most part it's because kids are off from school during summer and it's easier to manage the move. Or maybe people don't like to move during winter because it's too cold.
Needless to say we are certainly not complaining.
With all the experience we have in serving the Austin market, we are getting so many referrals that we've began contemplating some referral programs.
